IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the clinical delivery of studies from Madrid, Spain. You will ensure recruitment, site performance and quality while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer expectations.

You will lead regional and global trials, drive recruitment strategies, mentor clinical teams, manage risks and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Strong Oncology background and interest in oncology studies.
• 5+ years in clinical research, monitoring, or operations within CRO/pharma.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading clinical delivery activities including recruitment and site management.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting project financial management is desirable.
• Passion for advancing clinical research and patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global studies, ensuring quality, timelines, recruitment and operational objectives.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams, supporting resource planning and delivery.
• Manage clinical risks and oversee quality standards with proactive mitigation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scope changes where applicable.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Support proposal development and planning for new opportunities.
