Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Senior CTM to lead multi-country trials from a home-based location in Spain. The role requires vendor management experience and strong oncology trial background.

You will oversee protocol development, budgeting, site and country feasibility, contract and budget negotiations, and CTMS updates, coordinating with global teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as CTM managing multi-country/global trials.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Global study management experience.
• Experience in Oncology clinical trials.
• Strong ability to lead and align international teams.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Experience as CTM in the management of global/multiple-countries studies and different types of vendors is required.
• Support the development and review of the Clinical Study Blueprint (CSB) and Protocol, and all Amendments and/or Administrative Changes.
• Manage the execution of CDAs; support Project Managers in the creation of overall study budget; support site contract amendments and negotiation; manage invoices.
• Assist in development of Investigator Site Selection Plan; attend country and site selection meetings; assist with Feasibility Questionnaire and Site Selection Letters.
• Oversee contract and budget activities; support site contracts and budgets; oversee payments to sites and vendors.
• Support planning for clinical study timelines; manage study team to meet timelines; assist with training materials; coordinate TMF related tasks.
