Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead global trial execution and oversight from start-up to analysis. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain high-quality trial deliverables for sponsors.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive CRO experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or allied field.
• Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience at CRO/manager level or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute global clinical trials with strong leadership.
• Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones.
• Monitor trial KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide client communication and deliverables at the operational level.
