Bacardi is seeking an experienced Network & Collaboration Services professional to own day-to-day operation of Aruba LAN and WLAN across campuses and sites. You will implement and manage Aruba switching, controllers/APs, and ClearPass, while leading incident and change management to ensure high availability.

You will coordinate with vendors, support budgeting and renewals, and deliver reporting on service health, risks, and capacity.

Formación

• Expert-level knowledge implementing and supporting Aruba LAN (switching)
• Aruba WLAN (controllers/APs) in an enterprise environment
• Strong incident/problem/change management for LAN/WLAN services
• Experience managing budgets, renewals, forecasting and cost optimisation
• Clear documentation, diagrams and configuration baselines

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operational management of Aruba LAN/WLAN estate across campuses and sites.
• Lead incident, problem and change activities with root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to deliver network and security services to SLAs.
• Produce service health reports and contribute to governance forums.
• Support budgets, renewals, and cost optimisation opportunities.
