Outfit7 in Barcelona, Spain seeks a Monetization Designer to design, simulate, and balance monetization features across new and existing games. You will work with game designers and product managers to optimize economies, IAP offers, and ads, while leveraging data-driven insights.

The role requires strong knowledge of monetization, economy design, and statistics, with a proactive, analytical mindset and teamwork. Flexible hours and a collaborative environment are offered.

• Strong knowledge of IAP-driven monetization in games.
• Good knowledge of system and economy design.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with game designers and product managers to design monetization systems and economies for new games.
• Improve monetization for existing Outfit7 games by optimizing economy, IAP offers, ads, etc.
• Analyze competitors and top-performing games to identify effective monetization features.
• Share findings from analysis and research within the department.
