Jobtailor in Spain is seeking a product/game designer to support the development and optimization of an existing game, generate visions for social or mobile games, and convert ideas into detailed concepts.

You will own features from ideation through delivery, create wireframes, collect player feedback, and collaborate with managers, artists, and engineers to prioritize work and measure KPIs. This role emphasizes A/B testing and feature monetization.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and optimization of an existing game
• Generate visions and ideas for social or mobile games, market positioning, and engaging, monetizable features
• Convert ideas into detailed concepts, test them with users, and assist with implementation decisions
• Own features and optimizations from ideation through delivery
• Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for product features and content
• Gather and synthesize player feedback from surveys, reviews, and in-game data
• Collaborate with product managers, artists, and engineers on task prioritization and roadmap management
• Define, measure, and analyze KPIs
• Perform systematic A/B tests
• Optimize features after launch to improve engagement and monetization
