Zyngacareers is looking for a Principal Economy Manager in Barcelona. In this strategic Individual Contributor role, you will lead economic strategy and design across multiple studios, mentoring teams and optimizing game economies.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in economics, exceptional analytical skills, and experience in Free-to-Play game design. The position offers a hybrid working model, generous annual leave, and health benefits.

Formación

• Proven track record of designing and optimizing complex game economies.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives without formal reporting.
• Deep interest in Free-to-Play mechanics.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-studio economic strategy and identify solutions.
• Collaborate with Lead Economist and Director of Economy.
• Mentor game-level economy designers.

Analytical skills

Expertise in Excel

Experience with SQL, R, or Python

Matrix leadership

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics
