Univrse based in Barcelona is looking for a skilled Sr. Game Economy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will advise and optimize the economy of our top games, collaborating closely with various teams to design and balance the game economy and provide actionable insights.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience working in the field of game economy.
• Good understanding of behavioural economics and motivational theories.
• Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas.

• Explore player segmentation based on behaviour and motivation theory.
• Define simulations and predictive models for content balancing.
