Voodoo is seeking an experienced economist monetization expert to join its Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2 within a globally connected team. You will help shape the game's economy, drive monetization depth, and use data to guide design decisions.

You will analyze player behavior, build models of currency flows, and design A/B tests to improve engagement and revenue, collaborating with designers, developers, and analysts across regions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with top-notch mobile games focusing on Economy & Monetization.
• Experience creating economy and monetization loops and balancing.
• Strong mathematical or economic background; fluent in economic modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Increase economy and monetization depth with long-term vision.
• Analyze in-game data to identify opportunities for optimizing game economies.
• Create and maintain models of in-game economies including currency flow and rewards.
• Design and test A/B tests to compare economic models; iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to align strategies with KPIs.
• Ensure scalable economy models adaptable to new features and player behavior.
• Present findings to stakeholders including GM and Game Designers.
