Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in Spain to drive global digital acquisition and pipeline growth.

You will lead paid media across major channels, optimize campaigns, and own ABM programs while collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to scale revenue. You will manage substantial advertising budgets, translate performance data into actionable insights, and work in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong ownership mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years in growth or digital marketing within high-growth tech companies.
• Proven ABM and paid acquisition experience across multiple channels.
• Experience managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into growth strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale the paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit and other channels.
• Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, creatives, and conversion paths for efficiency.
• Lead ABM programs and coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, pipeline contribution) and report findings.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, vendors, and other teams to launch effective campaigns.
