N26 Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for its Machine Learning Platform in the Intelligent Operations Platforms unit, based in Barcelona.

You will define the long-term vision, platform architecture, and execution strategy for core ML infrastructure used to automate risk assessments and scale operations across the bank. You will drive multi-squad strategy, shape platform governance, and partner with data science, engineering, security, and legal teams to ensure compliance and

Formación

• 7+ years of Product Management in tech, with ML platform focus.
• Experience shipping ML products in FinTech or banking.
• Knowledge of GDPR and auditability in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define the multi-year roadmap for the central ML platform.
• Oversee high-throughput ML capabilities for real-time monitoring and risk scoring.
• Own MLOps tooling across the ML lifecycle and CI/CD for ML.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and monitor model drift and latency.
• Collaborate with data science, security, and legal teams for governance.
