Finom invites a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end production ML for financial crime detection at transaction and onboarding stages. You’ll evolve the daily Dynamic Risk Score across markets, manage ML-driven rules, and monitor performance.

Key requirements include 5+ years in ML/data science, SQL/Python, and Databricks with a startup mindset. The role offers remote/hybrid work across Europe and stock options.

Formación

• 5+ years in ML engineering or data science with production deployment.
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with Databricks.
• Architectural skills to design scalable model infra.
• Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger in production.
• English proficiency; startup mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Full-stack ML model development for detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding.
• Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score across all markets — daily scoring feeding decisioning.
• Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection; optimize alerts.
• Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production; develop champion-challenger framework.
• Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions.
