N26 is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Ops Automation & Enablement to lead the strategy, design, and rollout of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, and process mining within Banking Operations. You will own enterprise-scale adoption, work with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, and drive ROI while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across teams to redesign end-to-end workflows, integrate AI agents with Salesforce and AWS infrastructure, and define KPIs to demonstrate tangible

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation in fast-moving tech/fintech
• Proven ML/AI/Automation product delivery with measurable operational savings
• Hands-on with APIs, prompts, agentic frameworks, orchestration tools
• Experience turning operational pain points into product specs, PRDs, and prompts
• Background in banking or fintech with compliance and risk awareness
• Data-driven decision making using Power BI, SQL, or similar

Responsabilidades

• Architect AI workflows and end-to-end agentic AI solutions for high‑volume, cross‑team processes
• Partner with Banking Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to align features with Salesforce and AWS
• Define metrics for ROI, efficiency gains, and impact per initiative
