Finom is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own production ML products that score the full client base daily. You will deploy, monitor, and improve models driving quarantine, alert suppression, and future credit decisions.

You will work in a dynamic European startup environment, collaborating across markets in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain, with remote or hybrid options across Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years in ML engineering or data science with production deployment experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing scalable infrastructure for ML models and monitoring in production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end ML models (binary classification/regression) for fraud detection during transactions and onboarding.
• Own Dynamic Risk Score across markets with daily client-base scoring.
• Manage a portfolio of ML-driven transaction rules to optimize alerts and detections.
• Set up continuous monitoring of models and rules; implement champion-challenger framework.
• Contribute to ML model deployment infrastructure and inter-service integration.
