N26 is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Barcelona to drive conversational capabilities and autonomous journeys end to end, collaborating with AI, data science and ML teams. You’ll own complex client journeys, translate strategy into roadmaps, and ensure safe, compliant delivery within a regulated banking environment.

You will partner with operations, service partners and product peers to embed AI into agent workflows while maintaining data privacy and auditability, with relocation visa

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping complex digital products end to end.
• Hands on experience with AI powered, conversational, or LLM based products in live production.
• Proficient in analyzing datasets, defining metric frameworks, and separating signal from vanity metrics.
• A pragmatic bias for action in a fast moving programme.

Responsabilidades

• Take full product ownership of complex client journeys and agent facing capabilities.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and squad deliverables.
• Lead discovery from real customer feedback and operational data.
• Move journeys from answering to acting with safe, autonomous resolution.
• Instrument metrics to prove operational efficiency preserves quality & trust.
• Collaborate with operations, partners and other product teams to integrate AI into workflows.
