Adikteev is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own our ML Platform, design, deploy, and evolve models powering core adtech systems. You will architect infrastructure to scale, enable rapid experimentation, and deliver value with high velocity.

You will lead data pipelines, feature stores, and production-grade ML solutions, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ML Engineer with focus on data engineering and production challenges (latency, throughput).
• Hands-on expertise with Spark tuning, Airflow DAGs, and distributed pipelines.
• Strong Python or Scala/Java coding skills and AI-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and maintain data infrastructure for real-time and batch ML workflows.
• Build and optimize scalable ML models focused on ROI for ad impressions.
• Design and implement a feature store and robust feature pipelines.
