Adikteev in Barcelona seeks a Machine Learning Team Lead to own and scale the ML ecosystem powering billions of real-time decisions daily.

You will mentor engineers, drive model development for CTR/CR, and advance the platform with MLOps and observability while partnering with Tech, Analytics and Product teams.

Ideal candidates have DSP experience, strong Python and ML stack skills, and a proven track record shipping production ML at scale.

Formación

• 8+ years of ML engineering in industry with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Mandatory DSP background: programmatic ads, RTB, attribution, bidding.
• Strong expertise in recommender systems and/or LTV/churn modeling in adtech.
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow or Weights & Biases, Spark or Flink.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, grow, and manage the ML team, set technical direction and priorities.
• Design and train predictive models for CTR, CR, VTA, bid shading, and auction-win probability.
• Scale ML platform, feature stores, training pipelines, model versioning, A/B testing.
