Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design, train, and deploy ML models powering retrieval, ranking, and indexing for an agent-native search platform in real time. You will own end-to-end ML systems, influence architecture, and drive production readiness across high-throughput workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
• Proven ability to deploy and operate ML models in production systems.
• Experience with retrieval, ranking, or recommender systems.
• Strong Python, Go, or C++ programming skills.
• Experience with large-scale data systems and high-throughput environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of ML capabilities for large-scale search systems.
• Design, train, deploy, and maintain ML models for retrieval and ranking.
• Build embedding-based indexing and large-scale information retrieval workflows.
• Define quality metrics and build evaluation pipelines for agent-native search.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production services.
