Super Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the ML Platform squad and build a brand-new platform powering ML experiments, deployment, and monitoring for multiple engineering teams across Europe. You will design scalable APIs, own data pipelines, and mentor juniors while shaping the ML roadmap.

You will collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver secure, high‑performance services that scale with our growth across regions.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proven experience designing and building distributed systems and APIs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, Pulsar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of data modelling, storage systems, and streaming/processing architectures.
• Familiarity with ML tooling such as MLflow, ZenML, or Metaflow.
• Familiarity with ML model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, cross-functional.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs to support ML experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Re-architect and rebuild data pipelines to handle real-time data processing for production ML models.
• Develop tools to help ML engineers design, test, and deploy ML pipelines.
• Ensure platform services are robust, secure, and high-performance.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate needs into platform capabilities.
• Drive adoption of ML best practices and promote tool reusability across teams.
• Contribute to architecture and vision of the ML platform to scale with growth.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
