Job summary

Adikteev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the ML Platform and architect scalable data infrastructure for real-time and batch workloads. You will design, deploy, and evolve predictive models powering Adikteev’s core adtech systems, ensuring data is readily available and processes are efficient.

You will lead feature engineering, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD for data, mentoring peers along the way. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to shape the technical DNA and drive

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Data Engineer with focus on MLOps and production challenges (latency, throughput, cost).
• Hands-on expertise with Spark (tuning, scaling) and Airflow DAG orchestration.
• Coding: Python and Java/Scala; AI-native developer mindset.
• Experience with tabular data for ML problems and deep learning is a plus.
• Solid feature engineering and feature store experience.
• Product Owner mentality for data, ownership of reliability and scalability.
• Fluent in English; French skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and maintain data infrastructure for real-time and batch ML workflows.
• Ensure data availability: processing, storage, aggregation, and API development.
• Improve data processes with testing, monitoring, alerting, and error recovery.
• Design and implement the feature store for discovery, storage, and serving.
