Job summary

RavenPack, a leader in GenAI and data analytics for finance, is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Search & Recommendation team. You will own the full ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment, building scalable ranking, retrieval, and personalization systems for financial professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, DS or related field.
• 3+ years building ML models in production, esp. IR/Search/RS.
• Strong Python programming; SQL or similar.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and problem solving.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model development from ideation to deployment.
• Develop ranking and retrieval models for relevant results.
• Fine-tune language models for domain expertise and semantic embeddings.
• Build scalable recommender systems to personalize content.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists.
