TripleTen is an EdTech company delivering tech career programs for the US and Latin America. We are a fully remote, globally distributed team serving a large student base across regions.

As our Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will own a major paid channel end to end—strategy, budget, creative direction and funnel performance. This role requires hands-on leadership in a high-ticket, multi-step sales process, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead and collaborating with sales and analytics

Formación

• 3+ years in User Acquisition with ownership of Meta accounts at $50k+/month.
• 2–3 years in products with long or offline conversion such as education, B2B, fintech, real estate or similar.
• Comfortable with lead quality, CAC, ROI, and reporting you build yourself.

Responsabilidades

• Own the channel strategy, budget allocation, structure and results; defend numbers to the business.
• Run a continuous flow of tests across audiences, funnels and creatives with written plans and decision rules.
• Read the full funnel from lead to sale and optimize accordingly.
