Penspen, a leading global energy services company, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer based in Madrid, Spain, with the ability to travel to Al Khafji, KSA. The role sits within Core Engineering or PMC teams and may involve supervision of engineer personnel.

• 12 years of experience in Senior Mechanical Engineer Design.
• 8 years within mechanical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Main Purpose of the role:

The Senior Mechanical Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment. They may have engineer grade personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Mechanical Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

12 years of experience with Senior Mechanical Engineer Design.

8 years within the field of Mechanical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
