Penspen is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to be based in Madrid, Spain, with a possible travel to Al Khafji, KSA. The role is an 18-month contract initially, with salary negotiable based on experience.

• 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering with senior design responsibilities.
• 6+ years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
• ARAMCO experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering activities within Core Engineering or PMC project teams.
• Supervise engineers and delegate tasks to support personnel.
• Remain based in Spain with potential travel to Al Khafji, KSA.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and interfaces.

Main Purpose Of The Role

The Senior Electrical Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment. They may have engineer grade personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Electrical Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• 12 years of experience with Senior Electrical Engineer Design.
• 6 years within the field of Electrical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• ARAMCO experience essential!
