Job summary

Skills Alliance is assisting a global cardiovascular device innovator in finding a Senior Marketing Manager for Spain and Portugal. The role involves onsite work in Barcelona, with relocation considered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as Marketing Manager in medical devices.
• 7+ years experience with Class III devices.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing experience is a strong advantage.

Our client is a global cardiovascular device innovator, looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to take the wheel on strategy for Spain and Portugal, pricing, launches, positioning, all of it. Reporting straight to the VP Marketing, you won't be executing someone else's plan. You'll be building it.

This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be out with the sales team in the field, in the room during treatments, picking up the kind of insight that never makes it into a market report, then turning it into campaigns, messaging and launch plans that actually land with clinicians. You'll represent the brand at congresses, go head-to-head on pricing strategy, and connect the dots with the international marketing team on the bigger picture.

If you've got the technical fluency to talk cardiovascular devices and the creative instinct to turn that into something a customer actually remembers, this is your room to run.

You're likely a strong fit if you have:

• 10+ years' experience as a Marketing Manager
• 7+ years' experience with Class III Devices
• Fluent Spanish and English (required)
• Prior experience in direct-to-consumer marketing is a strong advantage
