Amgen Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a Product Manager for the Cardiometabolic team to drive brand strategy and execution in a major European market.

You will lead the Country Brand Plan, coordinate omnichannel activities, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Value Access to maximise patient impact and hospital access. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with 5+ years in pharma marketing and strong budgeting skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Product Manager experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience marketing products in cardiovascular, lipid management, cardiometabolic, endocrinology, internal medicine or related therapeutic areas.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Strong execution mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate the sales force around brand objectives, cycle meetings, and launch meetings.
• Develop and implement the Country Brand Plan in full congruence with the International Brand Plan.
• Design and execute promotional activities, including detail aids, message scripts, advertising, and congress materials, in line with international branding and key messages.
• Lead omnichannel engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and brand performance.
• Partner with the international Product Manager and other large countries PMs.
• Implement the international brand campaign at local level.
• Analyse market research and develop the plan of action.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
• Organize local congress participation in coordination with sales force.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to optimise brand performance through trials and KOL development.
• Partner with Value Access to maximise treatment access opportunities at hospital level.
