Job summary

Magnific is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own the launch and growth of Marketing Cloud Next for our Enterprise business. You will build the systems that drive B2B growth with clean leads, clear attribution, and timely campaigns, sitting in Revenue Operations & Enablement and collaborating with Marketing, BDR leadership and Legal.

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification and end-to-end marketing automation delivery experience.
• 5+ years implementing or administering Salesforce, including marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, permission sets and data modelling for Marketing Cloud Next on core platform.
• Experience with B2B email consent and subscription management under GDPR.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate outputs.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take over Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360 administration: permissions, sending setup, consent and subscriptions, segments, web tracking, email templates, flows and reporting, and own the roadmap for later phases.
• Define the MQL with marketing and BDR leadership, and ship engagement and fit scoring built on ICP segments and account tiers.
• Manage lead handoff to BDRs across EMEA, NAM, LATAM and APAC, and build Salesforce workflows they rely on.
• Launch nurture flows, forms and landing pages, and the reporting that ties marketing to pipeline.
• Own attribution: UTM and campaign taxonomy, and campaign influence reporting trusted by Sales and Marketing.
• Put event lead operations on a clock: clean, deduplicated, attributed and in Salesforce within 3 business days.
• Ensure governance with Legal and RevOps: GDPR compliance, data quality, and releases into shared Salesforce org.
• Create and manage campaigns in Marketing Cloud and related systems.
