Talent C is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst / Operations Specialist to support day-to-day SFMC operations and help business teams maximize the platform. You’ll work with the Product Owner to keep campaigns and journeys running smoothly and contribute to ongoing improvements.

You will join an international environment, collaborating with business and technical colleagues across countries and units, ensuring data quality and effective segmentation.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience in CRM, business analysis or marketing technology.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions.
• Knowledge of campaign execution, segmentation, SQL, testing and troubleshooting.
• Analytical, proactive and organised approach.
• Professional English; French is a plus. Spanish welcome
• Experience working in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support campaign and journey setup, testing and deployment.
• Monitor automations and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Help with audience segmentation, data quality and consent processes.
• Support UAT, backlog follow-up and new SFMC features.
• Create documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Work with business and technical teams across countries and business units.
