SITA, a global leader in air travel technology, seeks a Business Development Senior Manager focused on MSI to drive profitable growth across territories including Madrid. You will engage with Sales Reps, manage executive relationships, and oversee MSI strategy and execution for major integration programs.

You will coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams, shaping opportunities from discovery to tender support, while ensuring aviation IT security and standards compliance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale IT and OT system integration projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Master Systems Integration (MSI), including architecture, middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Proven participation in large RFP/RFI processes and MSI contract design.
• Strong understanding of high-availability environments, mission-critical systems, and secure infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth with Sales Reps to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Generate new leads and opportunities within assigned accounts via upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close deals.
• Lead MSI strategy, architecture, and execution for major integration programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and partners across all integration phases.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and technical governance meetings.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders.
