SITA is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex projects and post‑merger integrations within the Airports Business Unit. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, build business cases, and manage risks and milestones in a global, fast‑paced environment.

You will report to the Director of the department and work within the Project and Product Office (PPO). Strong English communication and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• 8+ years leading major Projects and Post‑merger integration initiatives.
• Experience with global/complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Finance background with understanding of business processes and IT/aviation domain helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs and projects of varying scope and complexity, including major transformation and post‑merger integrations.
• Lead cross‑functional programs and teams to deliver objectives on time.
• Develop integration strategies and guiding principles for post‑merger projects.
