Capgemini Invent in Madrid is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to lead strategic engagements redefining Finance operating models and end-to-end processes. You will shape AI-enabled finance solutions, manage senior stakeholders, and drive large-scale transformation programs across global teams.

The role emphasizes business development, client leadership, and delivery excellence, with hybrid work and opportunities to influence market positioning and practice growth in Spain.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance Transformation or related consulting roles.
• Experience leading complex Finance Transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English, ideally C1 or above, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities related to Finance Transformation.
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from strategy and design through implementation.
• Advise CFOs and finance leaders on strategy, operating models, governance, processes, technology, data, and AI-enabled finance.
• Develop cases for change, roadmaps, and value realization for clients.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants within the practice.
