SITA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support Aircraft's inorganic growth with the central M&A team. You will structure and manage multi-workstream initiatives, coordinate with Product, Finance, Commercial, and Technology, and ensure timely, board-ready updates for leadership.

You will guide due diligence coordination, help quantify synergies, and prepare executive materials. Strong PMO discipline and aviation industry insight are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate development, M&A support, strategy, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Aviation industry knowledge, preferably in airline operations, SaaS, B2B software.
• Strong PMO and stakeholder management skills with senior-level collaboration.
• Excellent ability to translate complex inputs into concise, board-ready updates.

Responsabilidades

• Support the M&A pipeline with acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned to the SITA for Aircraft strategy.
• Run multi-workstream PMO activities across Product, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Operations.
• Coordinate due diligence requests with central M&A and external advisors; organize inputs and sessions.
• Assist in building the business case and synergy analyses with Finance and Product leaders.
• Prepare executive materials and lead integration planning handovers from due diligence to execution.
