SITA is seeking an Associate Project Manager in its Borders Strategy, M&A and Transformation team based in Barcelona. You will own workstreams within portfolio and innovation strategies, build fact bases, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

You will screen targets, craft strategic rationales, support due diligence, and contribute to transformation initiatives across culture, operating models, and processes.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Sciences, or a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A, or a product or strategy role at a large technology company.
• Solid project management skills; able to plan and run multi-stakeholder workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to pivot when priorities shift.
• Experience structuring strategic initiatives and building business proposals.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy workstreams within portfolio and innovation strategies, BU strategy refresh, and strategy execution.
• Build robust fact bases, structure analyses, and articulate clear insights and recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior leadership and executive discussions.
• Screen and assess potential targets against strategic and financial criteria.
• Build the strategic rationale, market sizing, and value creation view for shortlisted targets.
• Support due diligence workstreams, coordinating with internal and external experts.
• Support projects on culture, operating model, and process improvement.
• Help design and roll out new ways of working across the BU.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units and functions.
• Turn recommendations into concrete actions, owners, and outcomes.
