Job summary

etalentum Selección Marbella is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential interior design projects. You will develop concepts, create floor plans, select materials, and supervise execution to ensure exceptional quality and detail.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience in luxury interiors, a strong portfolio, expert eye for finishes and lighting, and proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization. Fluent English is preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or equivalent qualification.
Established track record in high-end interior design and luxury residential projects.
Portfolio of completed projects demonstrating outstanding aesthetic standards and technical expertise.
Strong eye for design, materials, proportions, lighting and finishes.
Proficiency in design and visualisation software, CAD and 3D modelling tools.
Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to final execution.
Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, highly organised and committed to excellence.
Ability to work with high-profile clients and manage projects to exceptionally high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Develop design concepts and interior design proposals for luxury residential projects.
Prepare floor plans, layouts, technical documentation and construction details.
Select high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and decorative elements.
Develop design proposals, mood boards, presentations and 3D visualisations.
Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers, contractors and project execution teams.
Oversee project execution to ensure design integrity and the highest quality of finishes.
Manage samples, technical specifications and bespoke design solutions.
Monitor project schedules, budgets and planning.
Resolve technical issues and propose creative, practical and buildable solutions.
Stay up to date with international trends in architecture, interior design, materials and contemporary design.
Ensure exceptional attention to detail, aesthetic consistency and excellence across every project.
