Sani/Ikos Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design processes for hospitality projects. The candidate will supervise design workflows with external studios, develop creative concepts, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The ideal applicant has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and 5+ years of relevant experience. This position offers a flexible working model, private health insurance, and a competitive remuneration package.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Design Director by supervising design processes for new projects executed by external Architecture and Design studios.
• Design and develop innovative interior concepts for in‑house projects.
• Translate concepts into outstanding designs.
• Create visual and technical documentation, including mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models.
• Assist in formulating Group Design Guidelines for internal and external teams.
• Research and present FF&E designs, including bespoke furniture and technical detailing, in coordination with the specifications team.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress.
• Manage time and workload to meet project deadlines and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 5+ years of senior interior design experience in hospitality and F&B projects.
• Full understanding of project processes from concept to site implementation.
• Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening, and writing skills.
• Organized team player.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• International experience in similar‑scale projects is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing time and resources.
• Proficient in industry‑standard computer skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office.
• 3D skills (Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion) are a plus.
