Unispace is seeking a Senior Designer for our Madrid design team to craft outstanding workplace environments. You will lead design projects, work closely with clients and the sales team to develop compelling RFPs, and influence stakeholders to deliver transformative spaces.

You will collaborate with the Head of Design and cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence across the project lifecycle, from concept through documentation, while contributing to a dynamic, global design culture.

Formación

• Passion for interior design and ability to lead design projects.
• Experience managing high-performing project teams on commercial workplace projects (Spain/Europe).
• Proficiency with design tools including Revit, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Willingness to develop skills and support clients while growing with the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication for pitches to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design projects from concept to documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and delivery teams to meet client vision.
• Coordinate with Head of Design to ensure methodology is applied across project life cycle.
• Create pitches and presentations to win work.
• Support cross-functional team with design best practices and processes.
