Job summary

etalentum Selección Marbella is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential interior design projects. You will develop concepts, create floor plans, select materials, and supervise execution to ensure exceptional quality and detail.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years' experience in luxury interiors, a strong portfolio, expert eye for finishes and lighting, and proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization. Fluent English is preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Established track record in high-end interior design and luxury residential projects.
• Portfolio of completed projects demonstrating outstanding aesthetic standards and technical expertise.
• Strong eye for design, materials, proportions, lighting and finishes.
• Proficiency in design and visualisation software, CAD and 3D modelling tools.
• Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to final execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and interior design proposals for luxury residential projects.
• Prepare floor plans, layouts, technical documentation and construction details.
• Select high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and decorative elements.
• Develop design proposals, mood boards, presentations and 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, suppliers, contractors and project execution teams.
• Oversee project execution to ensure design integrity and the highest quality of finishes.
• Manage samples, technical specifications and bespoke design solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and planning.
• Resolve technical issues and propose creative, practical and buildable solutions.
• Stay up to date with international trends in architecture, interior design, materials and contemporary design.

Required Experience
