Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an Interior Design Manager to lead luxury hotel projects in Madrid, ensuring design aligns with brand positioning and guest experience. You will coordinate design development, FF&E selections and documentation across teams and external partners for quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years in luxury hospitality interior design, fluency in English, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related design discipline.
• Advanced English; Spanish and/or other languages welcomed.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare clear visual presentations and FF&E documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate interior design development of luxury hotel projects.
• Manage design documentation including mood boards, FF&E, layouts and specs.
• Coordinate architects, studios, procurement and external consultants.
• Review layouts and packages, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to brand design guidelines and product references.
• Lead FF&E reviews and supplier/material selections for upscale environments.
• Participate in site visits and ensure design intent is preserved.
