The successful candidate will guide projects from planning to execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and engage with key stakeholders, investors, and authorities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in real estate planning and project execution.
• Senior manager or director-level experience in the Costa del Sol.
• Track record delivering master-planned communities.
• Experience collaborating with architects, consultants, contractors, investors, and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead major real estate projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of high-end residential developments.
• Drive project performance and value creation.
