Job summary

VGW is seeking an experienced Senior Live Ops Specialist to join our global Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain. You will coordinate the setup, testing, and delivery of timely, relevant messaging and centralized metagame features to engage players and drive retention.

You will work closely with marketing, product and analytics to ensure features run smoothly, deliver personalised experiences, and optimise loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital operations experience in gaming.
• Proven ability to plan and execute live campaigns to boost monetisation and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product and analytics teams.
• Hands-on with project management tools and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation, execution, and optimisation of Metagame features on Chumba Casino: including Quests, Loot Boxes, Free Spins, Lobby Management and other new and existing Mini Game offerings.
• Use these Metagame features to reward loyalty and drive retention of players as well providing timely insights on the performance of these efforts on retention.
• Contributing to the strategisation, development and eventual optimisation of an integrated Live Operations ecosystem.
• Assist our player facing teams in trouble shooting Live Operations escalations or issues when the Australian team is offline.
• Mentor junior Live Ops team members (in the medium term), fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
