Scopely, a global games company, invites a Senior Product Manager to own Live Mini Games performance in a hybrid Barcelona setup. You will drive insights from player behavior, define KPIs, and lead a strong experiment pipeline.

Collaboration with Analytics, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering, and Live Operations will be key to success. The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong analytical skills, and experience with live-service mobile titles.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management or related product disciplines.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve product outcomes.
• Proven ability to run experiments, define hypotheses and KPIs.
• Experience with A/B tests and live-service products.
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analysis and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance for Live Mini Games and player outcomes.
• Identify opportunities via quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build and manage a pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations.
• Lead performance readouts and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design and Live Ops.
• Prioritize opportunities and drive end-to-end initiatives.
