Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven compliance professional to shape and implement the company’s governance and regulatory program across jurisdictions. You’ll provide practical advice, help manage risk, and partner with teams to enable growth while upholding high ethical standards.

The role covers designing governance frameworks, supporting acquisitions, training teams, and building scalable tools, with a focus on staying ahead of evolving laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Stay ahead by monitoring regulatory developments and identifying value opportunities.
