In this role, you’ll work closely with external counsel and our People team, build scalable tools, and navigate cross-border regulatory changes to unlock business value while upholding our high ethical standards.

• Proficiency in English.
• Some experience in law practice, either at a firm or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Guide employment and labor matters with practical, business-minded advice.

• Manage disputes with outside counsel and People team.
• Build scalable legal tools, policies, and AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify value opportunities.
