SIX Group Services Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Labor Relations Consultant to cover a temporary position within the HR team. The role supports the full employee life cycle, union relations, and compliance with local labor laws, with up to 40% remote work and a reference number 8178.

The candidate will lead HR initiatives, ensure policy alignment across local and global levels, and engage with leadership and staff on complex employee relations matters.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in HR consulting or personnel management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
• Proven experience managing union relationships, including collective bargaining and conflict resolution.
• Ability to navigate in an international, global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on HR operations across the full employee life cycle.
• Give legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor local labor laws and SIX regulations, updating policies as needed.
• Act as contact for union representatives and manage collective bargaining processes.
• Build relationships with Unions to promote alignment with organizational goals.
• Handle inspections from labor authorities, Social Security, Tax Agency, and others.
• Lead HR initiatives like diversity, engagement, and change management across local and global teams.
