Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a Lifecycle Senior Specialist: Contract Management - Health and Safety Officer to drive labor risk prevention services across multiple countries, with a focus on Spain. You will identify, engage, and manage vendor partnerships, support Remote customers and their employees with health and safety queries, and roll out policy, processes and training globally.

You will report to Employee Lifecycle Manager and collaborate with the Remote People and Legal teams to draft policies,

Qualifications

• Technical degree in occupational safety with experience implementing health and safety programs.
• Experience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors to deliver HR services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Remote work experience not required but considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Labor Risk Prevention service for Remote Spain and implement safety activities.
• Draft and implement Occupational Health and Safety policies globally with cross-functional teams.
• Advise and deliver Labor Risk Prevention for countries outside Spain.
• Scout, onboard vendors and training partners for safety events worldwide.
• Analyze vendor quotations, negotiate and manage performance.
• Drive safety program objectives, budget tracking and cost effectiveness.
• Engage with customers and employees to address health and safety queries and trainings.
• Lead country level audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation and artefacts for safety operations.
• Identify improvements to health and safety procedures and practices.
• Handle confidential employee data professionally.
