Santander is seeking a Senior AI Scientist to lead local implementations of the KNOWLEDGE BASE, ensuring data is connected, semantically described, and accessible to AI agents. You will translate global standards into scalable, local solutions while collaborating across data, engineering, and product teams in a hybrid setup.

You will work on graph schemas, entity resolution, and retrieval pipelines, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with local regulatory and linguistic needs.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning systems in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain local KNOWLEDGE BASE instances focusing on knowledge representation, graph schemas, and entity retrieval.
• Translate global architectural standards into reliable, high-impact local AI systems.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to shape retrieval pipelines and ensure alignment with local constraints.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and monitoring practices for Knowledge Base components.
