Santander is seeking an Investment Knowledge Platform Lead in Spain to drive the Knowledge Base Adoption Strategy across the Savings & Investment Domain. You will transform information into an AI-ready enterprise asset by designing scalable data models, knowledge architectures, and cloud platforms consistently deployed across countries and entities.

You will work with Business, IT, Data, Architecture, and AI teams to identify data sources, define global standards, lead architecture decisions,

Formación

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and modern data platforms.
• 7+ years leading enterprise data, AI or knowledge platform initiatives.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Bases, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases and LLMs.
• Excellent change and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define, coordinate, and execute the Knowledge Base Adoption Strategy across all countries and entities.
• Transform information into an AI-ready enterprise asset with scalable data models and cloud platforms.
• Lead architecture decisions and coordinate implementation with Business, IT, Data, Architecture and AI teams.
• Design global data models, metadata, taxonomies and semantic models.
• Define standards for ingestion, indexing, retrieval and semantic search.
• Design AWS-based cloud architectures and ensure governance, security and interoperability.
• Promote adoption of the global Knowledge Base across Business, IT and Operations.
• Develop executive dashboards and report platform adoption and business value.
