Banco Santander SA is seeking an Investment Knowledge Platform Lead in Madrid to define and execute the knowledge platform strategy across regions. You will shape data models, governance, and AI architecture while coordinating cross-functional teams in IT, data and business units.

You will lead adoption efforts, ensure scalable architectures, and drive measurable value through analytics and executive dashboards.

Formación

• 7+ years leading enterprise data, AI or knowledge platform initiatives.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and modern data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the roadmap for the Savings & Investment Knowledge Platform.
• Design the global conceptual, logical and physical data models and metadata.
• Lead AI-native knowledge architectures using RAG, embeddings and LLMs.
• Design AWS-based cloud architectures and coordinate deployments.
• Drive change management and stakeholder adoption across teams.
