Santander is seeking a Knowledge Base Senior AI Scientist to lead local implementation of the bank’s AI Knowledge Base, focusing on graph systems and semantic data structures. You will design schemas, entity resolution, and metadata, ensuring data is accessible to AI agents and aligned with global standards.

You will work hands-on with data, engineering, and product teams to shape retrieval pipelines and ensure scalable, reliable local solutions within a multi-country AI organization.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in AI, data science, or ML systems in production.
• Experience designing and operating data pipelines and AI systems at scale.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-enabled systems.
• Translate architectural guidance into local, working solutions.
• Strong Python programming and familiarity with graph tech.
