Santander in Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Engineer / AI Solution Architect to design and evolve AI-powered products.

You will work on architecture, integration, and migration initiatives, translating roadmaps into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with vendors, DevOps and country teams.

This hands-on role requires cloud and AI fluency, strong coding and governance practices, and a customer-centric product mindset.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud or AI product development.
• Hands-on experience building digital products and automation tools.
• Experience with AI-enabled systems, LLM use cases, RAG or agentic patterns.
• Experience with APIs, cloud services, DevOps and secure delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Support evolution of AI-powered integration and migration products including Alchemy.
• Design reusable components, APIs and automation assets across initiatives.
• Apply LLMs, agentic AI and workflow automation to enterprise scenarios.
• Define guardrails and ensure alignment with Santander tech standards and security.
